Demographic trends, government regulation, and a stable economy point to Brazil's housing market continuing it's upward movement. Gafisa, as the second largest real estate developer there, is position to capitalize nicely from these changes.

I think the Brazilian govt will tax oil & natural resource companies & distribute those taxes to its citizens (mainly exported resources). Socialism at its best.





This redistribution should allow for citizens to purchase homes...

this company is very stable and strong in the housing industry in brazil, due to current upward pressures of the brazilian currency coupled with changes in the risk of the country, this stock should outperform the market.
