I have added this stock because of its high CAPS ratings. looking at the Key Statistics I don’t see what would make this a number 1 stock pick. Feel free to educate me on this.

Emerging markets gurus say overweight Brazil. This looks like cheap growth to me. Dividends, high margins, international exposure. I don't see a downside here.

Finally they just announced a JV in Asia. I was wary because they have been just in America. Am watching and supect they will learn the ropes and then be in play for me. Course I am just a new guy.

Boring company, boring industry, absolutely essential product. Brazil based #14 steel company in the world (I didn't check this stat). Has many small plants close to customer base saving on transportation etc.
