This stock is a strong long-term investment for two reasons. According to dividend.com, this stock is paying a 13% annual dividend. It has a strong history of payout (since 2007). Second, it's low safe price (12.6, 52-week low: 11.83) give it hope that the price will increase rather than decrease over time.
