General Growth will weather the housing storm with little wear-and-tear. Its primary business is commerical so its exposure to the housing downturn is relatively limited.

This company makes a nice mall. Makes a nice profit. Mgmt seems to know how to run a company.

A little risky. A debt ridden reit. But stock trading at firesale price, largely a result of CEO's margin call.
