The pitch for global infrastructure is pretty straightforward -- China and India are a beating a path to full development this decade, with Vietnam, Egypt and the former Soviet Union hot on their tails. There is going to be a lot of money spent on roads, trains, airports, grids, etc. It is hard to bet against global infrastructure.
