I thumbed this up months ago, and closed before the drop.

Yet again I am bullish on natural gas, and LNG tanker rates. LNG tanker rates are currently rising higher than their seasonally adjusted YoY and may go through the roof as more tankers are diverted from the U.S. and Western Europe to supply India, China, and other Asian nations that are suffering power shortages while 1 billion will feel the need to watch TV during the 2008 Olympics...

The dividend seems very safe to me as long as their tanker ships don't get destroyed by a typhoon or some other disaster...
