Globally Diversified, not over exposed to any single geography - 18 countries & 34 airlines. GLS bought a portfolio of 8 additional aircraft on 9/27/07 from GE Commercial Aviation Services (who owns 11% of GLS). YTD the monthly rental revenue will have increased by 30% once this transaction is completed. The transaction is immediately accretive to cash flow. Global air travel expected to grow at ~5% for the next decade and trend to leasing vs owning by airlines expected to continue. At current level the stock yields an amazing 7.8%, implying that the stock is undervalued.
