GM has been the big bear in the automobile woods for decades. But management was caught in hibernation when the fuel sipping hybrids autos migrated to the USA, GM management is wide awake now has union support and is throwing money at fuel sipping technologies. Given GM's proven respect for new technologies, available cash resources and avast dealer networks. expect GM to have have a competitive line of high tech fuel sipping automobiles in their show rooms within 2 years Expect Gm to began retaking market share with a line of high quality medium priced and luxury priced automobiles in their show rooms within 4 year.

Soon, the big 3 are going to be the Bankrupt 3. If they want to survive, they need to swallow their pride and be content to remain the American 3. These anacronistic monoliths, need to focus on American Excellence in innovation, quality, and leadership. Forget about size...in this case size really does not matter. If the ego of the management in this industry remains unchecked, a decade from now, there will be NO American auto industry. Get a grip Detroit...you are a giant Singer sewing machine company, so take a lesson and Adapt or Die!
