here's a look into car design that many people may not have. the average japanese car goes from drawing board to showroom floor in about 3 years. german cars take around 4 years. GE...GE takes 7 years. 7 years for a car to hit the market. That means that the GE cars we're seeing on the showroom floor today were designed in 2000! Good luck trying to predict a car that will look good in 7 years.
