Not able to shake the constant cycle of riding the market higher then laying off peopel during the downcycle. Paying wages excessively high for the output they get from their salaried workforce.

Even if there is a Nissan/renault deal this company is in dire straights. They have nothing new in the pipeline that reflects on changing consumer trends and the slowing economy will make for a double whammy
