At this point, it's between $12 and $13. I see this one as being able to weather the current storm (so to speak) and do okay in the long run.

In the meantime, DIVIDENDS.

FWIW, GNK has a valuation from SmartMoneyhttp://www.smartmoney.com/pricecheck/?story=worksheet (plug in GNK in the ticker box, it will do the rest) of $119.71 when not adjusted for risk, and $45.89 when adjusted for risk. As I write, it is around $7.32.
