Assuming static price, growth in ads business is expected to taper off. Just a sample assumptions --2006 growth=90%=>PE in Jan 07=452007 growth=50%=>PE in Jan 08=302008 growth=30%=>PE in Jan 2009=23Looking at this, I would say GOOG is not overpri...

Rule of Life #1: You can't always win.There is too much growth already priced into this company. It's good, but not that good. Everybody else will realize this when YouTube gets sued by 150 different companies for copyright infringement.

This one comes down from here. Overpaying for YouTube when there is no barrier to entry in the upload video market boasts of too much cash chasing too few opportunities.

Google is going to have to post incredible earnings growth in order to justify this stock price. It's an incredible company but the market has just gona bonkers. How can you justify a 65 P/E ratio? Nonsense.

Google just went public not so long ago. But its steady and massive stock price appreciation made Google a "legend" in a very short period of time. The Google story is by far not over yet.

So far ahead in search that nobody will catch them. Will generate enough cash to fund continued tech development in all areas 'webbish'. Google is here for the long haul. Biggest fish in the biggest pond (internet) of the future.
