My reasonable value estimate is $48. I currently own shares of this stock.

Yesterday I sold 200 shares of WR Grace and Company (NYSE: GRA) at 23.72, reducing my cost basis from $10.98 per share to $9.173 per share. Selling those shares also reduced my cash basis from $10.98 to $2.52.
I still believe that a reasonable price target for the stock is $48. At the moment, the price of the stock is almost half way there. If it can get to $48, and that is a gigantic "if", based on the cash I have left in the stock, and allowing for commissions, I will put around $13,631 in my pocket.
That means that I would have spent $5,490 and received $19,119, a 348% return on my cash. But the market is a fickle place, stuff happens. So while I'm optimistic, I'm also realistic, which is the reason I sold 200 shares yesterday.
