An early Innovator in the aviation avionics area. Garmin is high dollar equipment and considered to be the top of the line (and worth the price) to every pilot that I know. The Garmin 430/530 aviation GPS/MFD is/was THE standard that all others aspire to. That history and company culture of innovation should continue to lead the future GPS aps in the coming years. They say "buy what you know". I have been a Garmin customer and fan for years, and I think they are the BEST. I own their products and their stock.
