+ Watch GST
on My Watchlist
The Company is engaged in the exploration, development and production of natural gas and oil in the United States and Australia.
Going against the tide here, but this company is consistently losing money and has tons of debt and liabilities (quick and current ratios of 0.1, debt to equity of 3.92). Maybe it will grow drastically in the next year, but I don't see it happening any time soon, and I think the coming market surge will outpace GST's performance.Setting an underperform start limit at $3.60
They paid off all their debt, you should at least look at recent major events.
Yeah, my score on this stock (presently -17) would suggest that going against the caps tide is not a good plan.
Looking at GST here on 2/19/2010 Gastar is looking pretty good. Despite the "Green Machine" the USA will have to produce more domesticgas and oil as other areas of the world become less stable and less reliable for oil imports. Their business in Australia should be good too.Outperform is the pick here for now. Chuyita
