Once settled into their new overseas headquarters in UAE they will boost earnings and with oil services in huge demand i can see miles of upside at a fairly valued multiple. Global growth story.

Halliburton has under performed this year relative to it's peers. With the spin off of KBR, the Oilfield services business will yield better returns in the next year or so given the pricing strength in this industry.

As the steady rise in 2007 shows the bad press has done nothing to dampen profits. Energy is a key resource and Halliburton has the players and strategy to dominate the field now that it's started up again after a steady 2006.

the financials on this company are too good to ignore. stock price is way too low. the oil industry as a whole is a little sluggish due to the warm winter of the Northeast. any time a company has more cash than debt, its in good shape to stick around...
