Hansen keeps on growing with growth in Monster Energy drink sales, and market share taken from Red Bull. Why settle for single digit growth in KO or PEP when you can get sustained 50% APR growth in Hansen?

Good observations on the origin of Hansen's success. How about easing off the rhetoric related to 'sustained 50% [CAGR]"? HANS will not sustain it's growth rate, but it would be nice if it could sustain a ROE and ROTC in the 15-20% range. I do think that this company has the makings of a durable competitive advantage, which is why I think it has considerable buy-out risk. I would like to see the company remain independent, but a few more years of above-average EPS growth and we'll see KO, PEP, or one of the big consumer companies (Nestle et. al.) make a real run at it.
