Not only do they have a nice amount of proven reserves of oil and natural gas, but they also have refining and gasoline distribution through 1,354 stations in the US.

Hess has continued to keep up with the market margins while pushing their exploration and recovery projects in the equatorial zone around the world. The present oil market will keep the share price down until another crises runs the levels up again.
