The Hartford is the only insurance Company to ever drop me. They did it twice. Once for my car and once for my house insurance. They are difficult to deal with in each of these times. They are even hard to pay.

For now the financials are hammered, and confidence will not come easily. The P/E ratio is pretty low, however, and from a look at the statements it does not seem like this company will go under.

Its not like AIG which needed 100 billion bailout. This is 2.6 billion loss and already AZ put 2 plus billion. So they should be good with capital. Since the loss is mostly written off in this quarter and people selling panic, this is so undervalued ...
