Okay, in the interest of disclosure, I own this stock in real life, having bought on the deepest dip and am still confident it will do okay in the long run. BUT I am wondering what the heck they think the appeal of the Heelys Gamer shoe is. Apparently, these are shoes with a bunch of non-functioning fake game controller buttons on the bottom. Now I know kids buy all sorts of dumb crap simply because it's cool, but are they actually that stupid that they might want shoes simply because they resemble the gaming systems to which they are addicted? Perhaps they are. If so, I am quite scared for the future. But at least my Heelys stock will go up, so there will be a silver lining in the dark cloud of our society's growing stupidity and brainless consumerism.
