I don't usually engage in merger arb situations here in CAPS or in real life, but HNR is selling a huge chunk of assets and if the deal goes through (which is by no means a certainty) the stock will likely pop to $12 to $13 per share. If not, ouch. The spread here is massive enough to play in CAPS, but I don't think that I'll be adding any real money to it.Deej
