Heritage is set to pay a special div of 100p from its sale of Ugandan assets. That will still leave it with $700m to drill its Kurdistan and other prospects.
JP Morgan estimate core NAV 288p (excluding any value for its Miran discovery in Kurdistan), 584p including Miran. In the event Heritage ends up paying only $122m of the disputed tax to Uganda , core NAV becomes 343p (639p including Miran).
