Hong Kong and China Gas (NASDAQOTH:HOKCY)

It can be difficult to decipher this company's statements as they aren't subject to US reporting rules and regulations. However, having spent several days reading and rereading their statements I'm quite impressed. I'm impressed with the management's creativity. They are partnering with a number of other HK companies to reduce their costs. One idea I thought deserved accolades was that they allowing a tech company to lay fiber optic cable in their existing pipeline and charging a lease fee. Also, they are strategically located to profit from the expanding Chinese market and it's new emphasis on "clean" energy.
