It really doesn't matter what builders like Hovnanian do. No matter how well or how poorly they execute their business their entire industry is being swept up in an Macroeconomic Tsunami of epic proportions.

Don't just stay out HOV, stay out of them all until this is credit crisis/real estate crisis is over. It might be awhile.
