This company is rudderless. The suit against Oracle smacks of desperation, and they're gonna lose. HPQ is involved in a range of important technologies but they really aren't first-tier at any of them. Who and/or what breaks out of mediocrity, especially if the global economy remains asmatic?

so far they are winning the suit, though Oracle is going to apeal, if HP can come out with a solid tablet they will jump up, if it is a cheap kncok off then the stock will stay at 17.60
