That kind of jargon makes me fart.
Lol I <3 Fart Jargon - by 'Dog of The Dow' I mean it was the worst performing stock on the Dow 30 in 2012.
The theory is the worst performers tend to outperform the next year. BAC was the worst Dow 30 stock in 2011, and ended up the best Dow 30 in 2012.
