Dell reseller support(they don't reall have resellers but that is what they are) are getting horrible support and HP's partner offerings are easy, simple to use, and the support is great.

I think this stock is slightly overpriced. The size of HP makes it difficult to sustain long term growth. Definitely a solid company - just not one that I expect to beat the S&P over an extended time period.
