HPs reorganization and cost cutting efforts will pay off in the short term. Invigorated product lines and new markets for HP will provide new revenue sources.

Mark Hurd has this company dialed in. He consistently exceeds expectations. He continues to trim this company into fighting shape, yet invests in key areas: sales & targeted R&D. I expect he has many more cards to play.

I think this stock is slightly overpriced. The size of HP makes it difficult to sustain long term growth. Definitely a solid company - just not one that I expect to beat the S&P over an extended time period.

I have been buying this stock for the last 3 years and it has continually gone up or held it's own and it pays a good dividend.I plan on holding on to it for a few more years and maybe take a profit out every once in a while.
