I generally know a lot about the stocks I invest in or recommend. I have followed this stock for 2 months based solely on its action in the CNBC ticker. It has had many days in the positive direction, on many days when the overall market has been down.
This ticker action plus hotels are recovering nicely and don't forget that sweet 4.8% dividend, and I'm in now even though the stock has had a nice run straight up from Nov 4 2009
