Need to research more into this ASAP!
I got into this one heavily as a long term holding. But I overlooked the one critical factor: its ramp-up success depends on Congress following through. With the two parties warring over the debt ceiling biz, the loan guarantees are looking more and more like they will be yanked by the fall and that will leave HTM in a bad fix. I hope the final say is with long term vision but I am not optimistic.
