+ Watch HUN
on My Watchlist
The Company is a global manufacturers of differentiated chemical products. It also manufactures inorganic and commodity chemical products.
The penny per share earnings miss didn't justify losing almost a third of its market cap. Higher oil prices certainly played a key role in the higher costs it experienced, but lousy economic numbers has caused price at the barrel to drop 10% over the past two weeks. A weaker economy isn't a net positive for the specialty chemicals maker, but the selloff was overwrought and Huntsman should be able to bounce back from here.
I agree HUN is worth more than $9 to $13 and with them producing little to no FCF at the moment its hard for me to give thumbs up.I believe fair value should be around $20 when they produce results. Overall, HUN should be no less than $10 resonably and never less than $8 unreasonably. LOL
