HVT has no debt, and is only getting stronger as competitors drop around them. They are in no danger of going bankrupt, and their product speaks itself. It has a very strong niche, brand and reputation among middle-class, upper middle consumers. Quality is often high-end at medium prices. That kind of quality to price is a winner. Other competitors are far overpriced for the same or lesser quality furniture. Management has done an excellent job at reducing standing/excess inventory, and the company is well positioned for the market recovery. Again, no chance of going bankrupt. Where on earth are you getting this from? America is built around the middle class.
