Why is HWAY struggling? Their financial fundamentals look good indicating they are a good buy right now. I must be missing something, because I just don't see what has kept them down. Their income seems to keep growing and there is no reason to think that won't continue. I don't know if it will ever get back to its highs around $70, but it will climb out of the valley it is in now. It just may take some time for it to be noticed.
