The company should be worth the value of its call centers. That's it. Health Prevention services, like those offered at HWAYs, are have a bleak future. Why? Margins are smaller trying to make sick people healthy (i.e. u need doctors and medicine not surveys and websites). Until someone can put a dollar value (revenue/cost potential) on the "holistic" market, HWAYs other target mkt... I'll stand on the sidelines. Longs, stay away from this one.

Sell.

Price target $7.35. Healthways has NO pricing power. Projects like Microsoft Health Vault Google Health records are all getting into the medical records / medical data aggregation arena. Look for Healthways customers to reverse engineer the services they currently pay Healthways to provide. Also, with insurance companies getting "squeezed" I can foresee even more renegotiation for Healthways services. Lookout below!!!
