Don't know what's going on with Barry Diller here, because the only thing that seemed to salvage IACI 2Q earnings report was the sale of it's European Shopping Channel.

Subpar performance from holdings like LendingTree, Ticketmaster, and Home Shopping Network seem to be weighing on corporate margins.

Underperform through 4Q FY07, then re-evaluate.
