ICICI Bank is a financial powerhouse in India. Although often considered next in line to HFDC, ICICI demonstrates more growth and international expansion. The management at ICICI is fresh and keenly aware of the importance of Gen X/Y. In fact the company has a program to promote young people early to create a sustainable management for the future. This is something American companies need to concentrate on more as the aging mangement workforce is about to go on a major retirement mbinge.
