Coal is being looked at as Americas way to combat foreign oil dependency. Going in for a few years on this.

An even more interesting aspect of ICO, in my opinion, is its position to provide metallurigical coal. People are concerned about a coal "bubble" emerging due to the booming oil prices, but it is largely demand from the steel industry that is going to drive this stock's price. Steel production, which is in high demand, is dependent on metallurgical coal. Coal reserves are already being priced through 2009 as a result of the steel industry's expected growth/ needs.

ICO should be a solid performer well through 2009.
