Irwin Financial is a small diversified regional banking concern headquartered in Indiana. Recently they have been engaged in deleveraging their business by selling off their mortgage banking business. The amount they received for this segment suggests that the remaining business and assets are undervalued at current market pricing. Looking for price appreciation to $30 range in the next year and expect this equity to outperform the market averages.
