Real estate and REITS are beaten down right now - which makes sense considering recent history. This one seems to be solid and internationally diverse...if you are willing to hang on to it for a few years, it will likely pay you handsomely.

Half the holdings are domestic and half nonUS. Nice dividend. As long as the US is in a losing war (Iraq) it helps to invest overseas.
