Because at this rate soon enough GDP=G and that's it and revenue needs to be raised some how, so we get the rich to play slots....only thing is the poor probably pay them more, which is a contributing reason to why they are poor so basically, the gov't looks like they redistribute wealth, build some casinos and all the welfare checks can get spent there.
