IIF is a ETF type closed end fund by Morgan Stanley that invests mainly in India. Recently the fund has taken a dive but it holds solid blue chip companies in diversified sectors. Long term prospects should be solid in a growing economy with a huge population. Fund also has had sizable capital distribution.

They paid $11.9 divbidends last December and $8.6 in June.
