Deceptive Sales Practices. Competition from Windows Office Live. Investigations from numerous state attorney generals, including Illinois and Texas.

This stock stinks, and I do not believe they have a competitive moat.

This company has financials that make me dream for the days of Enron. They currently have a P/E of 2.18 and a forward looking P/E of 14.91. They have a diluted EPS of 9.248. The sell their terrible product through seminars... yes think timeshares....

Didn't do much research on this one. Their sad late night infomercial like web page was enough. Their customer testimonials are neither interesting nor inspiring. I should be more objective but this is crap. Who would give money to this company? F
