Don't want to admit it, but just about every foreign ETF with some quality should beat the S & P, first of all the US market downturn, is expected and second foreign exposure is a vogue driving up the demand, possibly more than it should be.

ILF is a latin ETF. OK I know it's not a "stock". It dips in late spring, then fires for the balance of the year. On a low now (late June). Expect it to rocket through the rest of the year (30% up).

Latin America is hot right now, and I figure it's hard to ignore a sale today. More than anything, I wanted to increase my stake in foreign companies, and this etf fits the bill.

Since we're coming down in the US right now, foreign stocks are up wrt the S&P500. And what goes up must come down. Short term short.
