Current price is near the average purchase price of Icahn. Pipeline has good potential. Interim CEO previously negotiated sale of company Guidant to BSX. Distinct possibility of sale of company...especially with Icahn involved.

With earnings out of the way speculators will cover shorts into February's Merrill healthcare conferences - where IMCL appears 6-8th.

Thought this was a good one because of Erbitux, but it seems to be a one-trick pony at the moment, and its future depends on the outcome of patent disputes. I'm hanging in for now, but lack the confidence to add to my position
