Risk/Reward ratio looks great as company is trading close to book. Earnings are great. Potential buyout candidate. Is management crooked? This is the real question.

Yes, management is crooked (over-inflated bonuses and sweet insider deals), that is the reason I just sold to buy something else I feel more confortable owning. Bought it at 6.7.
