Most people do not know that Intel has new server processors that are better than AMD's and will help Intel win back the lost market share. AMD seems to be the market darling but Intel will recover and the stock will soar.
This is an additional pitch. Intel has come up with a new .7 inch thick laptop coming out later this year. It was designed by Ziba Design who also designed the Razr phone and a host of cool looking products. The outside will have a leather like case that has several colors. It will be always turned on to the internet. It will have a feature that the hard drive can be totally disabled from the outside in case it is stolen--ie you send a command to the internet and the hard drive stops working. Intel will make all the chips in the laptop. There was a Business Week article on it today.Yes this is a large stock, but I think they are moving in the right direction.
