ISIS is poised to take Biotech by storm. With 3101012 for High Cholesterol, and the PTB1 inhibitor for Diabetes the future in my opnion is very bright. One of my largest holdings. I believe in co's that are trying to "Break the Rules."

I spent years, while a scientist in Pharma, working with Isis reagents. They work well in the liver and fat and now that Isis is turning its attention away from cancer, to some degree, and toward metabolic disease, I expect good news.
