Not sure what, if anything that prediction has to do with Isramco. They are a natural gas company operating in the US. "It owns various working interests in oil and gas wells in Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Wyoming, Utah, and Colorado, as well as serves as an operator of approximately 620 wells located principally in Texas and New Mexico."
