McNealey has managed through several large ups & downturns because SUN technology leads and then lags, and this is the longest lag. He is innovative and competitive & the Sun will rise again.

Umm. McNealy stepped away from the day-to-day management of Sun, this year. He remains as Chairman of the Board, but Jonathan Schwartz is, now, the president and CEO.I'm more bullish on Sun because of this. Give Schwartz a year and he'll turn things around.
