JBLU is one of the better airline companies, with great customer satisfaction-- until this storm-related activities rightfully miffed passengers and revenue was lost. I believe that Neeleman knows what he is doing and will turn this baby around.

The ceo was out in front when jblu was going thru termoil with the passenger (hostage) situation on the tarmac and he faced the music and stepped up ! that kind of leadership is invaluable PERIOD.

Hammered by oil prices, Jetblue is still the best small airline out there. It's stock is a bargain now and my prediction is that it's back over 8 by April, and flirts with 9 and 10 again later next year.
